Ingredients
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 1 c. hot picante salsa
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 (6 oz.) crab meat
- 1 lb. shrimp, cooked and chopped
- 4 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Soften gelatin in water in bowl.

2Bring picante salsa to a boil in saucepan.

3Stir in gelatin until dissolved.

4Beat in cream cheese.

5Cool to room temperature.

6Add onions, bell pepper, celery, crab, shrimp and Tabasco sauce.

7Mix well.

8Fold in mayonnaise.

9Chill until partially set.

10Spoon into greased mold. Chill overnight.

11Unmold onto serving plate.

12Serve with crackers.
