- 1 Tbsp. tahini (look at Greek market)
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt to taste
- juice of 6 lemons
- 1/2 c. olive oil
Directions

1Cook the chickpeas with salt for 20 minutes in the pressure cooker (or until peas are soft).

2Drain chickpeas.

3Combine with other ingredients in blender.

4Blend until creamy.
