  • 1 pkg. dried chickpeas
  • 3 Tbsp. garlic, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. tahini (look at Greek market)
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • juice of 6 lemons
  • 1/2 c. olive oil

Directions

    Cook the chickpeas with salt for 20 minutes in the pressure cooker (or until peas are soft).

    Drain chickpeas.

    Combine with other ingredients in blender.

    Blend until creamy.
