- 2 15 oz cans garbanzo beans
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbls tahini paste
- 2 Tbls olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Red Bell Pepper (Roasted)
Directions

1Put all ingredients except roasted bell pepper in a food processor.

2Puree until smooth. You might need to add a little water to thin it out if necessary.

3Scrape sides, add roasted bell pepper and puree again until pepper is broken up and dip turns slightly red.

4Refrigerate in an air-tight container for up to a week.
