- 1 can chickpeas
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 to 5 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
Directions

1Drain water from chickpeas.

2Place peas in bowl.

3Add garlic (minced) to peas.

4Add lemon juice, salt and sesame seed.

5Last, add cumin.

6Place mixture in mixer bowl.

7Mix for 5 minutes, until well blended.
