- Cucumbers
- 1 clove Garlic (2 If You Have Bigger Jars)
- 1 sprig Dill Weed
- 2 pieces Chili Peppers (more Flakes If The Jars Are Bigger)
- 6 cups Sugar
- 4 cups Vinegar
- 4 cups Water
- 1/4 cups Pickling Salt
- 2 teaspoons Turmeric
Directions

1Peel and cut the cucumbers into serving-size pieces. Pack the cucumbers into the jars on top of the garlic, dill and chili pepper flakes. Preheat oven at this point to 250F.

2Add all the brine ingredients to a large pot, and heat until boiling. Turn it down to low, and start filling your jars. When all jars are filled, add them to the oven and TURN IT OFF. Remove them from the oven after 60 minutes and let cool until they seal.

3Store any unsealed jars in the refrigerator. Serve cold.
