  • 1 (1 ounce) package Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 13 cup melted butter
  • 12 gallon soft vanilla ice cream
  • 1 12 cups chopped pecans
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 (2 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 23 cup chocolate chips
  • 12 cup margarine

    Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter.

    Press into 9x13-inch pan.

    Spread ice cream over cookies and sprinkle with 1 cup pecans; return to freezer.

    In saucepan, combine sugar, milk, chocolate chips, and margarine.

    Bring to a boil; boil for 8 minutes.
