Ice-cream Christmas Cake

  • 600ml cream
  • 395g can condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mixed dried fruit
  • 150g OREO* Original Cookies , crushed
  • 100g milk chocolate buttons

Directions

    Beat the cream, condensed milk and vanilla until thick and frothy.

    Fold through the dried fruit and biscuit pieces, pour into a plastic wrap lined 1 litre pudding basin.

    Freeze until firm.

    Melt the chocolate in a microwave and pour over the up-turned ice-cream cake.

    Serve as a part of your Christmas lunch.
