- 16 Pecan Sandies
- 1/2 c. walnuts
- 2/3 c. butter
- 3 sq. chocolate
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, separated into yolks and whites
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 gal. Breyers golden vanilla ice cream
- 2 large Heath bars
Directions

1Crush Pecan Sandies and walnuts.

2Melt butter and chocolate; add sugar.

3Beat until smooth; add 3 egg yolks and vanilla.

4Fold in 3 egg whites (beaten stiff).

5Place half crumb mixture into a 9 x 15-inch pan.

6Spread chocolate mixture over this.

7Chill 2 hours.

8Spread ice cream over top and sprinkle remaining crumbs on top of this.

9Crush Heath bars.

10Spread on top.

11Freeze overnight.
