Indian "Chilli" Nuts

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup rice bubbles
- 1 cup sultana
- 125 g salted peanuts
- 125 g salted cashews
- 18 teaspoon chili powder (a pinch)
Directions

1Heat the oil in a pan, add the rice bubbles and cook for 1 minute.

2Stir in the sultanas and nuts.

3Cook for a further 2 minutes over a medium heat, stiring constantly.

4Remove from the heat, but while the pan is still hot add in the chilli powder and stir through.

5Cool in the pan and store in an airtight container.
