- 1 1/2 cup milk I used 1.5% fat
- 1 tsp black tea( any black tea will do )
- 3 piece cinnamon bark
- 1 medium fresh ginger chopped
- 2 capsules of green cardamon
- 2 cloves
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar, you can adjust according to your taste
Directions

1Open the cardamom (we'll use both parts: the shell & the seeds).Break the cinnamon into small pieces.

2Peel & chop the ginger.

3Put all ingredients into a pot and put it on a stove with medium to high heat.

4Let the tea come to a boil and then let it boil for 2 minutes.

5When it starts to boil over, remove it from the heat for a couple of seconds.

6The tea should rise and fall several times.

7By this means it becomes a bit creamy.

8You'll notice that a noticeable amount of liquid will boil away, this is why you have to take approx.

9a third more milk than fits into your glasses.

10Strain the tea and enjoy!
