When it starts to slightly thicken, begin to whisk constantly for two or three minutes, or until it's the consistency of thin hot cereal. Remove from heat and let cool ten minutes.","4":"Transfer the mixture to a medium bowl and whisk in salt, butter and sugars. Add the pumpkin and sugars. Add the eggs.
