Inside-Out Stuffed Chicken

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn bread stuffing mix
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut up

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine stuffing mix and melted butter or margarine; toss well.

    In a medium bowl, stir together soup and milk.

    Dip chicken into soup mixture and then into stuffing, pressing with hands to coat.

    Place on an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.

    Bake in a 375° oven for 1 hour.

    Serves 3 or 4.
