- 2 c. warm water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2/3 c. instant potato flakes
- flour (enough to make a slightly sticky dough)
Directions

1Mix yeast, water and sugar together and let stand about 15 minutes.

2Add rest of ingredients; let stand 15 minutes.

3Roll out on floured board and cut into shapes.

4Let stand another 15 minutes, then fry in vegetable oil until golden brown and glaze.
