Ingredients

  • 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns, slightly thawed
  • 16 oz. carton sour cream
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until mixed well.

    Spoon into a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam.

    Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until brown.
