  • 12 chicken thighs, skin removed (thighs are tastier than breasts)
  • 1 can Campbell's golden mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 6 oz. box Stove Top stuffing for chicken
  • cheese

Directions

    Place chicken thighs in shallow casserole.

    Mix soup with 1/4 cup of water and pour over chicken.

    Cover with thin cheese slices, then place Stove Top stuffing on top.

    Bake at 325° to 350° for

    1 hour.

    Freezes beautifully.

    Nice served with asparagus or Chinese pea pods.
