Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup instant mashed potatoes
- 1/4 cup Irish whiskey
- 1 md. onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) chive flavored cream cheese
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except cream cheese together; refrigerate, covered for 1 hour.

2Preheat oven to 400F.

3Form meat into balls about the size of walnuts.

4Place on baking sheet and bake 20 minutes.

5Remove from oven and drain.

6Cool and chill.

7Slice meatballs in half.

8Spread with cream cheese, about 1/4-inch thick.

9Place meatballs back together and refrigerate until needed.

10Serve cold.
