  • 1/3 c. butter, softened
  • 1/3 c. Karo white syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 1/2 c. powdered sugar (10x), sifted
  • 4 oz. coconut flakes
  • 1/2 c. cinnamon

Directions

    Mix the first 4 ingredients in a bowl.

    Add the 10x sugar and coconut flakes; mix with a spoon.

    Knead with hands.

    Roll into small balls, then roll in cinnamon.
