  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 to 2 tomatoes
  • 1/8 c. oil
  • salt and taste
  • 1 to 2 fresh lemons

    Add oil, then squeeze in the juice of 1 to 2 lemons depending on your taste.

    Add the salt, then add lemon, oil and salt based on how much salad you need.
