- 2 1/2 pounds rump or chuck roast
- 2 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. fennel seed
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
Directions

1Place all ingredients in crock pot early in the morning or the night before and cook on low for at least 8 hours.

2Add one chopped green pepper if desired after 4 hours.

3Take meat out of juice and break up in very small pieces.

4Return to juice and mix.

5Serve on warm buns.

6Makes about 8 sandwiches.

7Do not add water to meat. Unused portions can be frozen.
