Ingredients
- 3 to 4 lb. boneless chuck roast
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 can beer
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- 1 jar (1 1/2 c. with juice) jalapeno peppers, sliced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. crushed oregano
Directions

1In a roasting pan, spray first with cooking spray, sprinkle both sides of meat with salt, pepper, garlic and oregano.

2Lay sliced onions and peppers on top of meat.

3Pour broth, beer and pepper juices on top of meat.

4Cover tightly with foil.

5Bake at 300° for 4 hours.

6When done, shred meat with 2 forks. Refrigerate broth mixture and skim fat when cool.

7Add to meat mixture and reheat.

8Serve on Italian rolls.
