  • 1 orange bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • orange zest, grated (1/2 an orange)
  • 14 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 14 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
