- 1 lb romano beans (green or yellow)
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 orange bell pepper, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- orange zest, grated (1/2 an orange)
- 14 teaspoon kosher salt
- 14 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted

1Steam beans until tender crisp, about 6-8 minutes.

2Meanwhile, heat oil in a skillet, over medium/high heat, and cook bell pepper, stirring frequently, until crisp tender, about 2 minutes.
