- 3 to 4 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1/2 c. raw rice
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 can onion soup
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasonings
- salt, pepper and Worcestershire to taste
Directions

1Use enough salad oil to cover bottom of heavy skillet.

2Pour in raw rice and heat on medium-high heat until rice starts to fry and turns white.

3Add mushrooms and juice and turn to low heat.

4Cover and cook until liquid is gone, about 20 minutes.

5Add onion soup, Italian seasonings, salt, pepper and Worcestershire.

6Cover; cook until liquid gone and rice is tender, stirring once or twice. Serves 6.
