  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. grape jam
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1 (6 oz.) can pecans
  • 2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
  • lemon juice

    In a bowl, cream butter until light and fluffy.

    Gradually beat in sugar.

    Beat eggs one at a time.

    Stir in grape jam and milk.

    Beat flour and spices.

    Beat until smooth and fluffy; fold in pecans.

    Pour mixture into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake in a preheated slow oven (325°) for 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
