- 1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 14 1/2 oz. can stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 12 oz. shrimp, peeled and deveined
Directions

1In skillet, over medium heat, cook garlic in butter for 1 to 2 minutes.

2Add remaining ingredients except shrimp.

3Heat to boil; reduce heat.

4Cover; simmer 25 minutes.

5Add shrimp. Cook covered 5 to 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
