- 1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 c. rice
- 1 lb. shrimp
- 1 lb. sausage (smoked)
- 1 lb. ham (smoked)
- cooking oil
- water (3 c. to 1 1/2 c. rice)
Directions

1Depending on size of pot, cover bottom with cooking oil.

2Add onions and brown.

3Add tomato sauce and garlic.

4Cook until this changes to a red, red color.

5Add same amounts of shrimp, ham and smoked sausage.

6Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.

7Add rice and water.

8Cook until rice is done.

9Careful cooking this, it sticks to bottom of pan very easily.
