- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 lb. shrimp
- 3/4 lb. or 2 c. chopped ham
- 6 (1/4 lb.) sausage links
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1/4 c. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 c. hot water
- 3 c. cooked rice
Directions

1Combine and saute the first three ingredients and set aside. Combine the fourth and fifth ingredients and saute, then set aside.

2Combine final ingredients until thick.

3Mix all ingredients together and heat thoroughly.

4Cook rice and mix with other ingredients.
