  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. raisins

    Beat the eggs.

    Add margarine and sugar; stir well.

    Add vinegar, water and vanilla, then add pecans, coconut and raisins. Bake in an 8-inch pie pan at 350° until brown and set.
