  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. raisins (optional)

Directions

    Pour all ingredients (after mixing) into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325° for 40 minutes.
