  • 1 stick margarine, softened
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cream oleo and sugar; add beaten eggs.

    Add vinegar while beating (do not overbeat); fold in raisins, pecans, coconut and vanilla.

    Pour mixture into pie shell and bake 40 to 45 minutes in 350° oven.
