- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1 tsp. vanilla

1Cream oleo and sugar; add beaten eggs.

2Add vinegar while beating (do not overbeat); fold in raisins, pecans, coconut and vanilla.

3Pour mixture into pie shell and bake 40 to 45 minutes in 350° oven.
