- 20 ounces frozen spinach thawed.
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese firmly packed.
- 2 cups stuffing mix Pepperidge Farm Herb, crushed.
- 1/2 cup butter melted.
- 4 green onions chopped.
- 3 eggs
- 1 dash nutmeg Optional
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°. Thaw and drain spinach well.

2Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and mix thoroughly.

3Shape into one inch balls.

4Place balls on an ungreased baking sheet, and cook for 10-15 mins.

5Serve with Dijon Mustard or combination Mustard Sauce.
