Ingredients

  • 20 ounces frozen spinach thawed.
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese firmly packed.
  • 2 cups stuffing mix Pepperidge Farm Herb, crushed.
  • 1/2 cup butter melted.
  • 4 green onions chopped.
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 dash nutmeg Optional

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°. Thaw and drain spinach well.

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and mix thoroughly.

    Shape into one inch balls.

    Place balls on an ungreased baking sheet, and cook for 10-15 mins.

    Serve with Dijon Mustard or combination Mustard Sauce.
