Kabocha Squash Dip

- 100 grams Kabocha squash
- 50 grams Plain yogurt
- 18 grams Cream cheese
- 3 prunes Prunes
- 1 tbsp Grated cheese
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 Salt and pepper
Directions

1Take the kabocha and remove the seeds and pith.

2Cut them into bite-sized pieces.

3Cook the kabocha!

4(You can just as easily microwave it)

5Cut the prunes into quarters.

6Bring the cream cheese to room temperature.

7Transfer it to a bowl and mash it while it's still hot.

8I like my dip chunky so I don't really mash it up too much.

9Add the other ingredients and mix!

10Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

11I put it on a baguette and put drizzled honey on top.
