Kabocha Squash Dip

Ingredients

  • 100 grams Kabocha squash
  • 50 grams Plain yogurt
  • 18 grams Cream cheese
  • 3 prunes Prunes
  • 1 tbsp Grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 Salt and pepper

Directions

    Take the kabocha and remove the seeds and pith.

    Cut them into bite-sized pieces.

    Cook the kabocha!

    (You can just as easily microwave it)

    Cut the prunes into quarters.

    Bring the cream cheese to room temperature.

    Transfer it to a bowl and mash it while it's still hot.

    I like my dip chunky so I don't really mash it up too much.

    Add the other ingredients and mix!

    Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

    I put it on a baguette and put drizzled honey on top.
