- 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Ajwain seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- 4 Whole hot red chillies
- 1 Tbsp Ginger, Garlic, Turmeric Paste
- a few Curry leaves
- 1 Medium onion, fine chopped
- 2 tomatoes, fine chopped
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1/2 Cup Besan (Chickpea Flour)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 cups Water
Directions

1Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

2Add cumin, ajwain and mustard seeds.

3Cook 2 mins.

4Add onions, tomatoes, curry leaves, ginger garlic turmeric paste and cook 5 minutes.

5In a bowl mix yogurt, besan and water.

6Use a whisk.

7Make sure there are no lumps.

8Add this to the pot.

9Add salt.

10Bring it to a boil and reduce heat to simmer.

11Cook to desired thickness.

12Don't let it boil over.

13Don't cover.

14You may leave a wooden spoon in the pot.
