- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 tsp. celery flakes
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. grated onion
- dash of pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/8 tsp. thyme
- 1 1/3 c. water
- 1 1/3 c. rice (Minute, uncooked)
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Combine soup, onion and seasoning in saucepan.

2Gradually add water and blend thoroughly.

3Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour soup mixture over uncooked Minute rice in shallow casserole dish.

4Stir just to moisten.

5Cover and bake at 375° for 20 minutes (or until rice absorbs most of the liquid).

6Sprinkle with paprika.

7Garnish with parsley, if desired.

8Makes 4 servings. Serve with fried chicken.
