  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 4 tbsp onion greens (dried)
  • 2 1/2 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 4 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/4 tbsp ground black pepper
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Mix beef and spices and let sit for 10 to 20 minutes.

    Roll beef into 4 inch by 1/2 inch cylinders and place on a baking sheet.

    Bake at 400F for 20 minutes.

    Allow to cool and dice kafta into pieces.

    Skewer with vegetables of your choosing
