Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup coffee granules instant
- 3 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups vodka
Directions

1Dissolve sugar into water over medium high heat.

2Add instant coffee granules and bring to the boil. Reduce heat to simmer.

3Stir every 10-15 minutes as needed for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Mixture will be reduced to a liquid syrup.

4Remove from heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes.

5Stir in vanilla and allow to cool another 15 - 30 minutes*.

6Stir in vodka.

7Pour the liqueur into dark glass bottles and keep out of direct light. Leave to stand in a cool dark place for at least couple of weeks.
