- 4 cups kale
- 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, rinsed
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup or 2 tablespoons honey
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground
- 5 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (optional)
- 12 teaspoon smoked paprika
Directions

1Trim all tough stems from kale and roughly chop.

2Place the kale in a food processor or blender and pulse until pureed.

3Add the remaining ingredients through hot sauce if used and blend, reserving 1 tbsp olive oil for dressing the finished hummus.

4Dust with paprika if desired and serve with chips.
