  • 2-3 bunches or large bag kale
  • (amount will vary depending on if it
  • is baby kale - you will want more- or
  • if you like less dressing)
  • 2T vinegar ( your choice)
  • 2T soy/Tamari
  • 3 cloves finely chopped garlic ( or to taste)
  • 3T Olive Oil
  • 1/4C nutritional yeast flakes ( reduce by half if using powder)
