- 1/4 c. raisins
- 2 c. water or fruit juice
- 1 packet kashi (7 grain mixture)
Directions

1Put 2 cups water or fruit juice in saucepan.

2Add apple pieces, raisins and kashi.

3Simmer for 30 minutes (until liquid is absorbed).

4Serve warm with yogurt.

5Keep in refrigerator.

6Warm up in microwave.
