- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
- 1/2 c. ReaLime lime juice from concentrate
- 2 to 3 drops green food coloring (optional)
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/3 c. sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2In medium bowl, beat egg yolks; gradually beat in Eagle Brand and ReaLime.

3Stir in food coloring. Pour into pie crust.

4Bake 30 minutes.

5Remove from oven.

6Increase oven temperature to 350°.
