  • 1/2 c. Key lime juice (regular lime juice can be substituted)
  • 1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (9-inch) baked pie shell

    Combine egg yolks and condensed milk.

    Add lime juice and blend well.

    Beat one of the egg whites until firm. Fold into mixture.
