  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 egg whites, beaten until stiff
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 c. Key lime juice

Directions

    Beat egg yolks and add condensed milk.

    Add lime juice and equivalent of 1 beaten egg (fold in).

    Put in pie crust (or graham crust) already prebaked.

    Add the rest of the egg whites on top. Bake in 350° for 12 to 15 minutes.
