Kicked Up Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
- 4 cucumbers Large
- 1 red onion or Large White, I prefer White
- 1 1/2 cups white vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce Your Choice
- 1/2 teaspoon dill
- cilantro to taste
Directions

1In a large bowl mix all of your ingredients excluding the vegetables. Pour mixture into sauce pan and heat for minutes on high heat.

2Peel, and slice your cucumbers thinly.

3Peel and slice your onion

4Place your veggies in a large bowl and pour the liquid in to the bowl.

5cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in fridge for two hours or over night (also taste great if you leave in fridge over night)
