- 1 large onion
- 1 large green pepper
- 1 large red pepper
- 1 spaghetti squash
- 1 lb kielbasa
- 14 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup water
Directions

1give the onion a medium dice.

2large dice the two peppers.

3on medium heat lightly saute onion and peppers in the olive oil till start to soften about 10 minute.

4cut squash in half remove seeds cut into chunks,and peel.

5add chunked squash,tomatoes, water,onions, peppers and ground pepper.

6cover and cook for 5 min to 8 minute.

7slice kielbasa 1/2 inch thick.

8check squash if you can start to break up the chucks with the back of your spoon uncover and add kielbasa.

9continue to cook till kielbasa is hot and most of the liquid is cooked off.

10enjoy.
