- 4 c flour
- 12 oz butter (3 sticks)
- 1 oz yeast (2 small squares or 1/2 large)
- 3 yolks
- 1/2 c sour cream
- grated rind of one lemon
Directions

1Crumble yeast into flour and cut in butter, like for a piecrust. Add sour cream, beaten egg yolks and rind. Mix well. Roll out dough on powdered sugar. Cut dough into triangles. Fill with nut filling (recipe to follow). Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.

2Brown on bottom only. Roll cookies in powdered sugar while still warm.
