- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 1 large carton Cool Whip
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 pkg. coconut pudding
- 3 c. milk
- browned coconut
Directions

1Mix the first 4 ingredients together and put it in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2This is the crust and first layer.

3Bake 10 minutes at 375°.

4Cool.

5At same time, brown 1/2 cup coconut.

6Mix 1/2 carton Cool Whip with powdered sugar and cream cheese; this is second layer and should be poured over cooled crust.

7Cook pudding in milk and cool.

8Pour over second layer.

9Add other half of Cool Whip and sprinkle with browned coconut.

10This is the fourth layer. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

11Watch coconut carefully, it browns quickly.
