- 1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut
- 1/3 c. applesauce
- 1/4 c. finely cut onion
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. margarine
- 1/2 tsp. caraway seed
- 4 wieners, sliced diagonally
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, except wieners, and mix well.

2Pour kraut mixture into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

3Slash wieners diagonally, but not completely through, and arrange on kraut. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until wieners are lightly brown.
