  • 1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut
  • 1/3 c. applesauce
  • 1/4 c. finely cut onion
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. caraway seed
  • 4 wieners, sliced diagonally

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except wieners, and mix well.

    Pour kraut mixture into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

    Slash wieners diagonally, but not completely through, and arrange on kraut. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until wieners are lightly brown.
