- 12 ounces cream cheese
- 12 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon tarragon
- 1 12 cups sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 12 teaspoon sage
- 14 lb soft butter
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
Directions

1Mx all ingredients.

2Take the chicken breasts and lay skin side down.

3Flatten as much as possible without tearing.

4Place scoop of mixed stuffing in center of breasts and fold chicken around stuffing.

5Bake at 375 for about 25 minutes.

6Use remainder of stuffing for sauce (thin with milk).

7Spoon over chicken before serving.

8Serve on a bed of rice.

9Note: Cut the chicken smaller for a buffet serving.
