Lavender Lemonade

- 5 cups water
- 1/4 cup dried lavender flowers
- 3 to 4 tablespoons local honey
- 2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 splash Prosecco or San Pellegrino
- Slices of lemon, for garnish
- Sprigs of lavender, for garnish
Directions

1In a French press, steep boiling water with the lavender for 10 minutes. Press the plunger to trap the lavender in the bottom. Pour the liquid into a pitcher.

2Stir in the honey while the water is still warm.

3Stir in the lemon juice.

4Serve over ice with a splash of Prosecco or San Pellegrino. Garnish with fresh lemon slices and lavender sprigs.
