- lettuce
- 1/2 c. celery
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
- 4 to 6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 1/2 c. Spanish onion
- 1 pt. mayonnaise
Directions

1Make and serve in a deep straight sided glass bowl.

2Slice lettuce like cabbage and put in bowl until it is one-half full. Layer each item in order given.

3Cover tightly.

4Refrigerate at least 8 hours.

5Do not mix at any time.

6Cut down through layers to serve.
