Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 c. diced green onion
  • 6 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1 pkg. frozen uncooked green peas
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley dressing mix
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • bacon or bacon bits

Directions

    Layer in 9 x 13-inch pan in order lettuce, onions, water chestnuts and frozen peas.

    Mix together mayonnaise, sugar, salt, pepper and dressing.

    Mix and put on top of layers in pan.

    Top with shredded Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and bacon.

    Let sit 24 hours before serving.
